Goat Cheese with Honey \u2013 Goat cheese served with pumpkin cream, lingonberry gel, crispy rye bread and toasted hazelnuts.<\/p>\n

Zander and Salmon Fish Soup \u2013 Hearty fish soup with zander and salmon in a rich tomato and fish broth, served with potatoes, bell peppers, carrots, onions, fresh herbs, rye bread and smoked fish butter.<\/p>\n

Quail Breast with Potato and Celeriac Gratin \u2013 Tender quail breast served with potato and celeriac gratin, roasted pattypan squash, kale and a blackcurrant and red wine sauce.<\/p>\n
